We currently offer both digital products and physical products, including stickers and apparel.
Digital Products
Digital downloads are delivered instantly after purchase, either through an automatic download link or via email, depending on the product.
Please ensure you enter a valid email address at checkout to receive your files.
Physical Products
Physical items such as stickers, t-shirts, and sweatshirts are made to order and shipped after production.
Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination country. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to international orders.
If you experience any issues with your order or delivery, please get in touch and we will do our best to assist.
Refund Policy
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled after purchase.
If you experience any issues accessing your files, or if a file is faulty, corrupted, or does not match the description, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Physical Products
As our apparel and stickers are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

accidental orders
However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will work with you to resolve it.
If a replacement or refund is approved, this will be processed accordingly.
