Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
Custom & Personalised Items
Custom and personalised items are made specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your physical item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at:

Once reviewed, I will advise on the next steps.
Where a fault is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be offered.
